Additionally at the end of each day your remote staff will summarize their work through our project management portal and upload it so you are prepared for the next day.

General Service Information

Working hours per month: Normal office hours plus flexible timing to be determined per your needs. 160 to 170 hours per month (any leaves will be covered by working extra hours in respective months without any additional cost).

Communication: Via email, voice and video chat with daily / weekly reporting through our Project Management Portal.

Contract Duration: Two weeks paid trial with no additional commitment. There after minimum 3 months contract that can be renewed every month. Resources may be added or terminated with one months notice.

Payment: Bi-weekly or monthly advance. We accept payment via wire transfer, online bank transfer or online payment gateways.

Legal Contract: The customer and CIBOL will enter into a legal agreement that will be duly signed stamped and authorized through a solicitor. We do not work without legal agreement.
