Service
charges may be applicable on support requests.
No
charges are applicable if there is a "Service
Error" by Cibol.
It is mandatory to pay Service charges once "Pre-authorized Charges" request is made.
Charges incurred, including services charges for modifications to website, domain name,
addition / deletion of mails accounts, change of
passwords etc are all paid services, charges to be borne by the
customer.
Interest @18% will be applicable if bills are not cleared on presentation.
Cibol
reserves the right to suspend any website if dues are not cleared on time.
