  • If you have an unresolved ticket for an issue, kindly update the same ticket & do not create a fresh ticket the for same issue.
  • Replies are provided through this online interface only & notification is sent to your provided email. Please keep a record of ticket number.
  • We may call owner/admin of the account to verify authenticity of submitted ticket. Ticket is replied only if you are the account owner.
  • All Support charges are prepaid. Service charges are applicable on all service requests except on service errors by Cibol.
